Transfer of traffic to the next month. MTS: new “Smart” and “Unlimited. How to change minutes to gigabytes MTS

Tele2 operator has introduced a new wonderful service for its subscribers. It was this option that many subscribers needed to start saving. There is no need to worry that paid traffic and minutes for calls will expire. Users will have the opportunity to spend them. Now you have the opportunity to manage your tariff and mobile communications more flexibly. Having significantly saved traffic and minutes this month, you have the opportunity to afford more in the next month. The operator will not write off any extra funds for this. But more about everything.

Description of the transfer of funds option

The concept of the service is quite simple - if the provided limit of free minutes, SMS, Internet traffic has not been used by the user in the current month, then the balance is transferred to the next one. This condition will be met if the subscriber makes a timely payment to the mobile account, in accordance with the terms of the current tariff.

To make the whole essence of this option more clear, we can give a simple example. The subscriber had 300 free minutes for the current month, but only used 100. In this case, 200 minutes are transferred to the next month. If the subscriber has used, say, only 50 of the transferred 200 minutes, then the remaining 150 minutes will not be transferred to the third month, they will expire. These are the conditions of this option.

In other words, the balance is transferred to the next month; if the transferred minutes, SMS or traffic are not used to the end, then they are no longer transferred to the third month.

There is another important nuance that must be taken into account. First of all, the transferred limit of additional minutes will be used, only then new service packages.

How to activate the service on your number

The service is available for use only on certain tariffs of the “Black” line. To take advantage of this useful option, you need to do the following:

  • purchase a SIM card from the Tele2 operator;
  • connect to one of the “Black” tariff plans.

If you already have a Tele2 SIM card with an activated tariff, just call the short number 630, switch to the desired tariff and use the option.

Current restrictions

There are restrictions on the option regarding regions of the country. The balances of unused limits, which are provided under the current “Double the Tariff” promotion, are not transferred in some regions of our country. The operator is gradually eliminating this problem by lifting some restrictions.

At the moment, the service is not available in some regions of our country. To learn more about the terms of use of this option, you must call the operator and familiarize yourself with the current geographical restrictions. This must be done before switching to another tariff.

Other conditions

In Tomsk, the option is available on absolutely all lines of the “Black” tariff plan. If the current tariff plan is changed to another, then the balances from the previous tariff are not transferred to the new one.

Perhaps this is where the additional conditions that you need to know about end.

Subscriber review

Mikhail, Tomsk

I switched from my current tariff to black because of the “balance transfer” option, and did not regret it. This is a convenient service that allows you to save on the use of cellular communications. The option works smoothly, there have never been any failures. Unused balances are completely carried over. In general, I’m happy with everything. I advise you to use this option right now.

Indeed, the mobile operator Tele2 takes care of its users, making the conditions for using the tariff plan truly profitable and loyal. Now it's easier than ever to save money.

A couple of days ago I wrote about the new MTS “Smart” and “Smart Unlimited” tariffs:

They are already available for connection and transition.

However, that's not all. From April 13, 2017, other tariff plans in this line will be updated. All of them are united by the following parameters:

  • The remaining minutes, SMS and Internet traffic are transferred to the next month (read about the transfer scheme at the link above)
  • Tariffs are valid in their unchanged form throughout Russia without roaming surcharges (and without additional subscription charges);
  • The presence of a “package of useful security services” (in fact, the package is not always useful to everyone and, if desired, can be assembled independently, read about this).

"Smart+"

  • Subscription fee - 250 rub./week (not changed)
  • 350 minutes per week to all numbers in your home region and MTS Russia (here intercity was not included in the package)
  • 350 SMS per week to all numbers in Russia
  • 7 GB internet per week (was - unlimited for smartphone).

As we can see in comparison with the old version of “Nedelka”, which was released just last month, the changes here affected the mobile Internet - already traditional removed unlimited. Plus we added package transfer. However, here the packages are transferred not to the next month, but to the next week! Accordingly, this is an even bigger plus.

"Smart Top"

  • Subscription fee - 1600 rub./month (no changes... and how much higher?)
  • 3000 minutes to all Russian networks
  • Unlimited calls to MTS Russia (over the package of minutes)
  • 3000 -SMS- -to all numbers in your region
  • 15 GB of Internet.

Here the tariff numbers have not changed at all, only the transfer of packages to the next month has been added.

"ULTRA"

  • Subscription fee - 2700 rub./month (no changes... it’s interesting to look at those who, of their own free will, pay that kind of money for communications these days)
  • 5000 minutes to all Russian networks
  • Unlimited calls to MTS Russia (over the package of minutes)
  • 5000 -SMS- -to all numbers in your region
  • 20 GB Internet.

That is, in “Ultra” we also see a new function for transferring packages to the next month as changes.

About previous versions of “Smart Top” and “ULTRA” -.

Also, do not forget about doubling the package of minutes when making calls through the MTS Connect application.

conclusions

Without going into details, namely the size of the monthly fee, tariffs have become better due to the transfer of packages of minutes, SMS and Internet. The refusal of unlimited Internet only for a smartphone on “Smart+” does not look like a tragedy to me. But if you think about it, the summary of this line still remains as follows: expensive.

Also, as a PS, it is worth adding that from April 10, MTS will again update the “Smart mini” tariff. However, in connection with the latest know-how on the transfer of packages and the inclusion of intercity minutes in the package, the public would rather be interested in seeing another improvement in the hit MTS TP

On September 21, 2018, the MTS operator unexpectedly announced that it had closed the connection to the “My Unlimited” tariff and released a new one called “My Smart” to replace it. Let’s break it down into pieces and decide whether it’s worth connecting to it or switching to it for those who use “My Unlimited”.

MTS tariff "My Smart"

Cool!Sucks!

“My Smart” is the same package offer or “constructor” as the closed “My Unlimited”, but with fewer options for choosing volumes of minutes/SMS and traffic and changed, not always for the better, conditions for using packages.

Current version. Rate information updated May 19, 2019.

Pros and cons of the MTS “My Smart” tariff

pros

  • You can “distribute” the Internet from your smartphone!
  • Free calls to MTS subscribers throughout Russia.
  • You can change the package volumes at least daily (but take into account the nuances that I wrote in the information on connecting to the tariff just below).
  • Holders of MTS Smart Money cards receive a 100% discount on the subscription fee if one of the conditions is met: the amount of purchases on the card per month is more than 20,000 ₽ or the balance on the card is more than 70,000 ₽.

Minuses

  • Unlimited MTS calls within Russia are cool, of course, but these calls consume the package of minutes. A little meanness.
  • The minutes of calls and SMS included in the package are valid only in the home region; all calls and SMS to other regions, except calls to MTS, are paid!
  • Unused minutes, SMS and traffic are not carried over to the next month.
  • When you connect/switch to a tariff, a “bunch” of additional options are activated, in particular: GoodOk, someone called you! etc. Be sure to disable services you don’t need through your personal account if you don’t want unnecessary “writing off” of money from your account.
  • If you insert a SIM card with the “My Smart” tariff into the modem, Internet access will be blocked.
  • The volume of minutes is equal to the volume of sms. If I call a lot and text a little and want to choose 600 minutes and 100 SMS? There is no such option and I have to pay for services I don’t need.

Eventually

Once again they are trying to force subscribers to pay more for fewer services. Eg:

  • The cheapest package “My Smart” is 200 minutes and SMS and 10 GB. Internet - 500 ₽ per month;
  • The cheapest package “My Unlimited” is 300 minutes and SMS and 4 GB. Internet - 480 ₽ per month;

Everything seems to be correct, they reduced the minutes, added internet and the price is almost the same, but on the “My Unlimited” tariff, 300 minutes are valid for calls throughout Russia, and on the “My Smart” tariff - only on calls at home. Do you feel the difference?

Now, when connecting or switching to “Smart”, subscribers have the opportunity to SAVE their unused minutes/sms/Internet traffic and use them next month.

The tariff is valid throughout Russia under the same conditions as at home.

Implementation of packages of minutes andsms:

Example of transferring minutes/sms:

1.1. size of the package of minutes included in the UP tariff – 350 minutes

1.5. by the end of the current month, the subscriber had spent only 2 GB, i.e. the balance of the old Internet package is 7 GB and the current Internet package is 10 GB

1.6. The 10 GB remaining from the current Internet package will be transferred to the new month. Old 7 GB will not be transferred

1.7. those. in the next (third) month the subscriber will have 10 GB and 10 GB packages

Important! Auto-renewal packages DO NOT carry over to the next month.

For additional information, call the customer support service at 8 495 151 22 00.

The new version of the tariff has been completely redesigned and, in fact, is a worse version of Smart Nonstop. Which is also closed for connections and sent to the archive. Instead of unlimited Internet, they give a 10 GB traffic package and introduce the transfer of unused packages to the next month.

“Unlimited” was going to be slammed on the first of March, so nothing unexpected happened to you and me. Why was it postponed? It’s hard to say, but now it doesn’t matter, the job is done. Intrigued by the name. In fact, there is nothing unlimited left in the tariff, and the name is now misleading. Apparently, “Bezlimitishte” has become such a well-promoted brand that they risked leaving the name. How will they justify themselves if there are people who want to find fault? And there will be those who want it; OPI (“Public Consumer Initiative”) carefully monitors the wording. Perhaps MTS considered it legitimate to preserve the name by transferring the remaining packages to the next month.

Thus, the only public tariffs available for connection with Internet unlimited in MTS are Smart +, Smart Top and Transformishche. But “Transformishte” is a special case, it is only for new connections and is not sold in showrooms, only through ordering in the online store.

Anatomy of a tariff

As I already wrote, there is no point in comparing the new tariff with the previous “Unlimited”, this is an animal of a completely different breed. Much more similar to the archived Smart Nonstop. Main parameters of the new “Unlimited”:

  • Subscription fee 550 rub. per month. As far as I understand, they abandoned the daily write-off and switched to a monthly scheme. Also, when switching to the new “Unlimited” service, 550 rubles will be immediately written off. without any benefits for the first month.
  • The package includes 350 minutes, 350 SMS and 10 GB of traffic per month. Unlike Smart Nonstop, night unlimited is not provided.
  • Unused minutes, SMS and traffic are transferred to the next month; this can be considered the main feature of the new tariff. But Internet traffic is transferred in a tricky way; more on that below.
  • When traveling outside your home region and using the tariff, 15 rubles are deducted daily. This “on-network roaming tax” is not charged on Smart+ tariffs and older.
  • After the Internet package is exhausted, additional packages of 1 GB are automatically connected for 150 rubles. every.
  • The SMS package only applies to messages within your home region. Within Russia and to other countries - for a fee.
  • When making calls from the MTS Connect application, the number of minutes in the package formally doubles, but also not without an interesting “feature”.

The tariff does not look too attractive, but do not forget about transferring packages to the next month. This is an important plus and noticeable savings with uneven consumption. We should probably say thank you to Tele2 for returning this long-abandoned scheme.

How transfer works

The contents of the packages are transferred only for one (next) month; you will not be able to save “products” for three or more months. The maximum that will be transferred is the full volume of one “grocery set”. But it's still a saving. Especially for those who consume minutes unevenly and periodically jump out of the package.

It would be surprising if MTS simply copied the Tele2 scheme, in which the minutes, SMS and traffic transferred from the previous month are consumed first. As far as I understand, the transferred minutes and SMS in the MTS tariff are really spent first or are simply added up with new packages. But in the scheme with the transfer of Internet traffic, MTS discovered a “little trick”. The transferred traffic is not consumed first, but only after the current package is completely used up. For example, if in March you have 4 GB of unused traffic left, then they will be transferred to April and 14 GB in April can be spent without additional payments. But if in April you spend 11 GB out of these 14, then nothing will be carried over to May, the remaining 3 GB is considered as if it were March. Accordingly, if 9 of these total 14 GB are spent in April, then 1 GB will be transferred to May. It’s a brilliant idea, if only the inventor of the scheme were paid a salary at MTS Bank according to the same principle!

“Doubling” the package of minutes when making calls from the MTS Connect application is also an interesting idea, I described this scheme in the review. The trick is that the main package of minutes is always consumed first. Including calls from the application. And only when the main package is over, we receive a second one, which can be spent exclusively on calls from the MTS Connect application. Regular calls (except calls to MTS) will be charged separately. Formally, this can be considered a “doubling” of the package of minutes, but in fact, you understand. But still, the MTS Connect application is a useful thing, especially in international roaming.

How and with what to compare

It is clear that it is useless to compare the new “Unlimited” with the old one; these are fundamentally different tariffs. I inherited the name, but this is marketing in its purest form, and Mobile-Review is not a “dissertation”; there is no need for us to compare letters. But the similarity with the archived Smart Nonstop is simply striking, and we can compare it with it. It would be nice to call the tariff “New Nonstop” to make it easier to understand...

MTS Smart Unlimited old MTS Smart Nonstop MTS Smart Unlimited new
Subscription fee 578 (387)* 500 550
Minutes included in the package 200 400 350
Included in the SMS package 200 400 350
Internet traffic package unlimited 10 GB + night unlimited 10 GB
Local minute over package 2.00 2.00 2.00**
Intercity minute to other networks 5.00 5.00 From the package (?)
SMS local over package 1.50 1.50 1.50**
Internet over package - For a fee For a fee**
*For the first month
** After spending carried over from the previous month

I have certain doubts about calls to all Russian numbers from the package in the new “Unlimited”. You will need to carefully study the pdf description when it appears on the MTS website. 5 rubles/min looks more logical.

Summary

The new “Unlimited” service is now suitable for those who do not have enough Internet traffic on the Smart tariff. Although I don’t yet know how Smart will be modified now, let’s not speculate. In any case, I would not recommend switching to the new “Unlimited” from the already archived Nonstop. From the old (now old) “Unlimited” - maybe. If 10 GB of traffic is enough, but minutes - on the contrary, 200 per month is not enough. And with uneven consumption, in order to enjoy the benefits of transferring packages to the next month.

The appearance of the tariff signifies two important news:

  1. MTS’s refusal to use relatively inexpensive (if 500-600 rubles are considered inexpensive) tariffs with unlimited internet, even only “reduced” night internet.
  2. The appearance in the tariffs of a scheme for transferring the unused portion of packages to the next month. Let's hope for continuation in other tariffs.

UPDATE

Several important clarifications that appeared after the publication of the tariff description on the site.

The intensity of consumption of mobile communication services by subscribers is not always uniform. This may be due to family circumstances, work and travel abroad. As a result, unused minutes and Internet access accumulate on the user’s account. New tariffs allow you to transfer the remaining traffic and minutes to the next month. Thus, subscribers can use the operator’s services more actively in the future without additional costs.

Saving minutes and gigabytes for the next month is a convenient and fair service, but there are some tricks here too. According to the operator’s terms, the number of transferred call minutes cannot exceed the number of the main package. What it looks like in practice:

  • the number of minutes according to the tariff in the current month is 350 minutes;
  • the subscriber still has 250 unused minutes left from the previous period;
  • taking into account the transfer of balances, in the current month the user will have access to 600 minutes of conversation (250 + 350);
  • during the current period the subscriber has spent only 50 minutes; according to logic, there should be a transfer to the next month in the amount of 550 minutes;
  • however, the operator will only add 350 additional minutes to the tariff plan, since 550 minutes exceeds the terms of the main package;
  • next month the subscriber will have access to 700 minutes (350 + 350).

Implementation of the rest of the Internet

Saving gigabytes for the next month occurs in a similar manner as transferring minutes on the MTS network. The amount of traffic cannot exceed the conditions of the main package; accumulated MB are not cumulative. Therefore, at the beginning, the subscriber uses the saved traffic from the previous period, then the main quota is activated. Unspent MB from the last month that was not spent in the current month are not carried over to the next month.

Saving traffic and gigabytes is a clear example:

  • the user is offered 10 GB per month according to the terms of the tariff plan;
  • from the previous period the subscriber has left 9 unused GB, which flow into the current period. At the same time, traffic is divided into new and old MB;
  • the “old” 9 GB are used first;
  • if the user has spent only 2 GB from the “old reserves”, and the new 10 remain unchanged, then 10 GB will be credited for the next month according to the tariff plan and 10 GB according to the balances of the previous month (10, and not 17, as it turns out arithmetically).

Important: the new service for transferring balances to the next month is automatic. The user does not need to perform any automatic actions; the summation of minutes and megabytes is carried out by the operator.

What tariffs provide for the transfer of minutes and traffic?

A popular plan is Smart Unlimited. As part of its use, the user is provided with 5 GB of Internet, 500 free minutes and SMS to numbers in the selected region.

Tariff “Smart +” - subscription fee will be from 175 rubles per week. The user is given 350 minutes to talk with subscribers in his region. Intercity travel is not included in the free services. The user also has 350 SMS messages and 7 GB of traffic in the MTS Smart tariff.

“Smart Top” - the terms of the tariff have remained virtually unchanged, except for saving minutes for a future period. The monthly fee is 1600 rubles. This amount includes 3000 minutes to all numbers in Russia, without restrictions by region. The user also has 3,000 free messages and 15 GB of traffic.

“ULTRA” is a tariff plan that provides for the preservation of traffic for the next period. The monthly fee will be 2,700 rubles. The subscriber is provided with 5000 minutes, available to all operators in the country. Unlimited communication with MTS subscribers is provided. The tariff includes 5,000 SMS messages and 20 GB of traffic.

How to connect tariffs with transfer of services?

These tariffs require prepayment for the options offered. Upgrading to your chosen plan is free. To switch to a new plan, you must contact your operator or visit a mobile phone store. The simplest and most accessible way is still quick commands:

  • Smart - *111*1024# ;
  • Unlimited - *111*3888# ;
  • Smart + - *111*1025# ;
  • Ultra - *111*777# .

Summing up

Basically, the operator’s tariff plans have become significantly better due to the convenient storage of unused services. This allows you to receive a kind of compensation for insufficient activity in past periods without additional costs. Previously, such options for saving minutes and traffic were provided by only one operator in Russia – Tele2.

Today, MTS has supported the trend of caring for users, reflecting it in new and improved tariffs. However, at the same time, the new plans are no longer unlimited, and the cost of subscription plans for some of them has increased. What is more in innovation: pros or cons - only the users can decide. However, the very idea of saving leftovers has received wide support among subscribers and is popular.

WITH 27.03.2017 tariff plans will be restarted « Smart" And "SmartUnlimited":

On the tariff « Smart» monthly provided:

-5 GB of Internet (when connecting/switching to the new “Smart” tariff in the period from 03/27/2017 to 08/31/2017, within the framework of the tariff, 5 GB of Internet traffic will be provided for the entire time of using the tariff plan. Subscribers who connect/switch to the new tariff “ Smart" after 08/31/2017, the tariff will provide 3 GB of Internet;

550 minutes to all Russian networks

If you use communication services outside your home region when traveling around Russia, an additional fee of 15 rubles/day is charged.

On the tariff « SmartUnlimited" monthly provided:

- 10 GB of Internet;

UNLIMITED calls to MTS Russia (above the package of minutes)

350 minutes to all Russian networks

When making calls from the MTS Connect application, the number of free minutes doubles;

350SMS to all networks in your home region

The tariff is valid throughout Russia under the same conditions as at home.

If you use communication services outside your home region on trips across Russia, an additional fee of 15 rubles/day is charged.

IMPORTANT! Now when connecting or switching to TP "Smart" And "SmartUnlimited" subscribers get the opportunitySAVEyour unused minutes/sms/internet traffic and use them next month.

Implementation of packages of minutes andsms: the balance is carried over to the next month, but cannot exceed the size of the main package

Example of transferring minutes/sms:

1.1. size of the package of minutes included in the AP tariff - 350 minutes

1.2. the subscriber had 250 minutes left from last month and they were transferred to the new (current) month

1.3. in total this month the subscriber has 350 + 250 = 600 minutes

1.4. in the current month, the subscriber will spend the entire package of 600 minutes, without dividing into old and new minutes

1.5. by the end of the current month, the subscriber spent only 50 minutes, i.e. remainder of the package of minutes – 550 minutes

1.6. Only 350 minutes will be transferred to the new (next) month

1.7. those. in the next (third) month the subscriber will have 350 + 350 = 700 minutes

Implementation of Internet packages: the balance is transferred to the next month, and the transferred balance cannot be greater than the main package and cannot be combined with the main package. When transferring the balance of the Internet to the next month, first the balance from the previous month is used up, then the main quota, and then auto-renewal is turned on. The remainder of the Internet from the previous month, which was transferred to the current month, is not transferred to the next.

Example of Internet traffic transfer:

1.1. Internet package size included in the UP tariff – 10 GB

1.2. the subscriber had 9 GB left from last month and they were transferred to the new (current) month

1.3. in total, in the current month the subscriber has the current 10 GB and the old 9 GB

1.4. The old 9 GB will be used up first

1.5. by the end of the current month, the subscriber had spent only 2 GB, i.e. the balance of the old Internet package is 7 GB and the current Internet package is 10 GB

The new service is aimed at increasing the operator’s total income from the subscriber over the entire period of his activity, since the longer the client uses the operator’s services, the more revenue it brings him, explains Tele2 CEO Sergei Emdin. He also expects that the service will improve payment discipline for packaged tariffs. In fact, we are talking about the fight against the outflow of subscribers and for cash flow, because if subscribers do not pay for the tariff on time, this disrupts the operator’s economy, said the CEO of Tele2.

Remains with towers

Tele2 is not abandoning plans to sell the tower infrastructure, but the operator is not yet satisfied with the offer to purchase it, Emdin said yesterday. The operator’s intention to sell almost all of its towers – about 10,000 – became known in February 2016. He wants to earn at least 25 billion rubles for them, a person close to the company claimed.

The operator announced the new service during the presentation of its new strategy. It follows from it that Tele2 is going to move away from the “hard discounter” model and focus on a better ratio of price and quality of services. In addition, Tele2 wants to transform from a telecom operator into an “ecosystem of partners” that meet the daily needs of subscribers in other areas.

Emdin named return of investment to shareholders as one of the goals of the strategy. In 2015, Tele2 received negative free cash flow, it amounted to minus 19.1 billion rubles. And starting from the third quarter of 2016, the company stopped publishing reports. The time when Tele2 reaches positive free cash flow is “not far off,” Emdin promised on Wednesday, but warned that given the entry into a new market for the operator, this will happen “a little later.” He did not disclose target operating results.

From the reporting of Rostelecom it is known that Tele2 remains unprofitable. The loss of the state-owned company (owns 45% of Tele2) from the operator for the third quarter amounted to 1.3 billion rubles. Rostelecom is dissatisfied with this result, but notes positive dynamics: over the previous two quarters, Tele2 brought it 3.5 billion rubles. loss. These are the consequences of the large-scale construction of Tele2 - the operator entered Moscow and built 3G/4G networks in the regions, Rostelecom top managers explained.

Following the launch of the new option, the operator plans to update its tariff line in the near future. Emdin did not disclose their parameters, promising only that they would be more profitable than those of competitors. Providing “affordable mobile communications to a wide segment of the population” was one of the conditions of a preferential loan of 16 billion rubles issued to Tele2 by VTB Bank in 2015 for the “launch of a fourth mobile operator in Moscow” using a project financing mechanism. The new Tele2 tariffs will not conflict with the terms of use of the loan, Emdin promised.

MTS is working on introducing a service for transferring residual traffic and plans to launch it in the future, said operator representative Dmitry Solodovnikov. The tariffs of VimpelCom and Megafon are designed in such a way that the overwhelming majority of subscribers spend exactly the content that is included in the package, say representatives of these operators. They did not disclose whether the operators plan to transfer unused minutes and traffic in package tariffs to the next month.

The introduction of the service will increase the attractiveness of Tele2, but it will most likely have a negative impact on the operator’s income, say TMT Consulting CEO Konstantin Ankilov and Raiffeisenbank analyst Sergei Libin. As subscribers will consume more traffic for the same money, ARPU (revenue per subscriber) will decrease. Thus, this news is certainly positive for subscribers, but what this will give to Tele2 shareholders is a big question, Ankilov argues. Despite the announced departure from the discounter model, the operator continues to play on the attractiveness for the client, but other players follow his example, as a result of which total revenue in the market is declining.

Libin has doubts about the demand for transferring minutes and traffic. The fact is that traffic consumption, as a rule, is even from month to month, which means that in order to use up the rest of the traffic and use the traffic of the next month, the subscriber must increase his consumption in one of the months, he says. If he doesn’t do this, then it would be more profitable to simply switch to a cheaper tariff with less traffic. And here the innovation makes economic sense, since the option will prevent some transitions to cheaper tariffs.

If the transfer of unused minutes, SMS and gigabytes to the next month reduces the outflow of subscribers, this will have a positive impact on profitability, suggests Finam analyst Timur Nigmatullin. Having achieved a reduction in outflow, the operator, by reducing commissions to dealers, can significantly reduce sales and marketing costs (at the end of 2015, they amounted to 16.5 billion rubles). In addition, profitability can be achieved by increasing the average tariff cost and moving away from the hard discounter model, he adds.
