In each antivirus, the process of launching it is designed differently, but the general essence does not change: click on the antivirus icon in the tray and in the window that opens, select the “Scan” option (it can also be called “Scan”). Another possible reason is that touchpad control is disabled in the BIOS. BIOS is a system of programs that load into Windows and manage system input/output.
